La huppe

In lot of countries, this elegant bird is a love messenger. They regularly walk by pairs in the garden and I loved to create this little box to honour their beauty. It is like a piece of cabinet of curiosity, entirely made of paper and cardboard.

Each element is carefully painted in gouache, then cut out and assembled by hand. The meticulous details bring this pastoral scene to life, set inside a small cardboard box, ready to be hung on the wall like a window opening onto an imaginary world.

One of a kind piece

All my creations are unique and handmade, mainly with recycled paper and cardboard. It will be carefully packed and the postage rate will include an insurance cover in case of problems with postal services.
