Au bois joli

Here, in my beautiful Dordogne countryside, autumn is my favorite season. Its deep, warm, shifting colors inspired this small diorama.

The branches, hand-painted, then delicately cut and assembled, are arranged around the characters—who are also made of paper—inside a little cardboard box, like a quaint keepsake, a memory of a beautiful day.In the pretty woods, under the autumn sun, Sidonie—the white goose—and Roxane—the gentle, kind fox—enjoy a peaceful stroll.

This miniature scene, rich in meticulous details, will naturally find its place on a wall or a piece of furniture, among your cherished vintage objects.An artwork like a secret passage, opening onto a world of tales and tenderness.
